Our Pet Policy

Cats and dogs are welcome at The Newport West, with a limit of 2 pets per apartment. A fully refundable pet deposit equal to 15% of one month’s rent is required. Monthly pet rent is 1% of monthly rent for each dog and 1% of monthly rent for all other household pets combined.
